How long will my order take to arrive???
We ship our shirts via Priority Mail through United States Postal Service (USPS.) Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery for orders within the United States. Please allow 12-15 days for delivery for Canada & International orders. We do have Express Mail available for Canada & International orders at an additional fee. Express Mail only takes 5-7 business days for delivery. All our packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation to help ensure that your package is not lost. Keep in mind that delivery confirmation is for our reference and is not the same thing as tracking. Tracking is only available for Express Mail customers. 

How does the Buy 3 T-shirts & Get 1 FREE promotion work?
Buy 3 or more t-shirts and SELECT an additional t-shirt for FREE. You will see the discount at checkout. 1 FREE shirt per order. (Example: Order 3 t-shirts and add a 4th t-shirt to your cart. The 4th t-shirt cost will be subtracted from the order. If you only select 3 t-shirts, the 4th FREE t-shirt will be selected at random. If you order 9 tshirts, you will still only receive 1 FREE tshirt.)

How does the Buy 10 T-shirts for $99.99 promotion work?
Get 10 tshirts for $99.99 and each additional shirt for only $10.00 more. If you want to get all your friends together to make a larger order, you can SAVE! You will see this discount in your shopping cart/checkout once you add 10 tshirts to your shopping cart. This offer is not valid with any other promotions (if you attempt to enter a coupon code with this promotion, you will be defaulted back to regular pricing and only receive the coupon code discount).

What type of payment do we accept???
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If you have American Express or Discover, you can use PayPal to process your order.

Tips for when using PayPal at checkout.
You will notice an option for PayPal at the very last step of checkout. If you would like to use this option, check the box next to PayPal ("Step 3: Payment Method" in the checkout process), then click on the "NEXT >>" button below. This will take you to the next step ("Step 4: Complete Order" in the checkout process) where you will be taken to a secured PayPal page where you will need to fill out either your PayPal user account information or fill out your credit card information as a new PayPal customer (Note: your order is not done and will not ship until you do complete this PayPal page). Once you complete this process, your payment will be processed and we will ship out your order. You will be notified of shipment via email.

How do I buy wholesale bulk orders?
We gladly sell t-shirts at extremely competitive wholesale pricing for orders of 24 tees or more. Pricing varies. Please fill out our Wholesale Form here and we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Is the Deez Teez online store secured???
Yes, our store is secure and encrypted with up-to-date security measures for your privacy and safety. Once you enter the checkout you will notice the url will change to a secured web address "https://". You will also see an icon with a "lock" either in the bottom right corner of your internet browser or at the top near the address bar. Our web site is also hacker tested and secured to protect your personal information and credit card numbers.

What size t-shirt do I buy???
We use a few different t-shirt brands including F.O.T.L. Lofteez 100% Cotton, Gildan 100% Ultra Cotton and Hanes Beefy T 100% cotton. Most of our tees will come in 100% cotton but occasionally we will offer 50/50 tees in replacement if 100% cotton is unavailable by our distributors. Approximate Men's sizes are as follows (width is the measurement of the chest, which is armpit to armpit):
Small - 18" width/28" height
Medium - 20" width/29" height
Large - 22" width/30" height
XL - 24" width/31" height
2XL - 26" width/32" height
3XL - 28" width/33" height

All of our Women's tees are made by American Apparel 100% cotton. If you are not familiar with American Apparel t-shirts, they are form fitting and tend to run small. Our women's tees cost $1.00 more than our men's tees because they are super soft, 100% cotton, trendy, more expensive and 100% American made t-shirts. Please review the size chart below (width is the measurement of the chest, which is armpit to armpit):
Small - Size 0-2
Medium - Size 4-6
Large - Size 8-10
XL - Size 12-14

Any special directions for washing/drying?
We recommend turning all shirts inside out to preserve the color of all t-shirt designs. All adult t-shirts are 100% screen printed. As for shrinking, follow the directions on the tag of the shirt.

I have a Promo/Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Easy... just enter the promotional code you have in the "coupon code" field located in your shopping cart or checkout. The code is NOT case sensitive. Some promotional codes are for a limited time only or may not be used with other offers.

Return Policy:
We will replace your shirt if it's defective in anyway. Please email us at info@deezteez.com if you notice a defect on your purchase.

We also allow exchanges if you require a different size, or if you want to exchange for a different t-shirt design. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and the t-shirts must be unworn and unwashed. Simply send the t-shirt(s) back to us along with a note specifying which size/design you would like in exchange. We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. Store credit will be given in most situations.

Why does it take 5-7 days (2 weeks for Canada/International) for shipping?
We offer several different designs and we cannot keep stock on every item we carry. Please also take into consideration printing and packaging time. Canada & International orders take up to 2 weeks due to overseas shipping and the time it takes to get through Customs.
