ORDER PROCESSING
We can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends. However, our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of the order (excluding holidays and weekends).
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Leandro sales tax is 9.5%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
SHIPPING
USA - We ship orders via USPS. Please allow 1-6 business days for shipping transit time.
INTERNATIONAL - Shipments will have tracking number provided for PLUS and ECONOMY shipping methods. PLUS shipments will have tracking through the entirety of the trip to its destination. Shipments using ECONOMY will have limited tracking coverage. It generally stops once the package is exported out of the United States and handed over to the customs offices at the destination country.
Please allow 1-5 weeks for shipping. *International orders are subject to Duties & Taxes by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for these charges or fees.
